Site editor
The site is operated by the ExoMMO project owner. Full legal status and contact details: to be completed before public launch (the status individual, association or sole trader is still to be decided). Contact: contact@exommo.com.
Hosting
The site is hosted on a virtual private server (VPS) dedicated to the project. Host name and contact details: to be completed once the provider is chosen.
Intellectual property
Trademarks, artwork and game content belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective rights holders, and any use of them claims no right over them. Content specific to the site (visuals, documentation text, layout) is provided for personal use within the server. Any commercial reuse is prohibited without consent.
Liability
The service is provided "as is", with no availability guarantee. The editor cannot be held liable for interruptions, loss of game data, or damages arising from use of the service.
