Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data ExoMMO collects, why, and what your rights are. We limit collection to what is strictly necessary to run the service.
Data collected
At sign-up: email address, username and password (stored encrypted). At sign-in: IP address and technical browser information, for security. For the game: the link between your site account and your in-game accounts, and your ExoPoints balance.
Purposes
To create and secure your account, manage your game accounts and ExoPoints, prevent abuse, and contact you about the service.
Legal basis
Processing is based on performing the service you request (your account) and on our legitimate interest in securing the platform.
Retention
Your data is kept as long as your account exists. When the account is deleted, it is erased, except for information the law requires us to keep (for example anonymised payment records).
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete or request portability of your data. Deleting your site account also deletes the linked game accounts. To exercise these rights, write to contact@exommo.com.
Cookies
The site uses only a session cookie, strictly necessary to keep you signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
